An entered amount is automatically divided between the property owners in respect to their value proportion.

Various fact sheets and an annual report will be generated as PDF file. The documents are stored in an archive on the device or in the iCloud and may be printed or sent via mail.

A reminder function allows the definition of various reminders, e.g. payment dates or the tracking of the budget.

A: Before you start, it is important to define, which accounts are required. An example of possible accounts is:

Q: What is the best procedure to configure PropertyAdmin?

A: Starting PropertyOwner the first time, the following procedure is recommended:

  • Enter the property information and the property manager date in the configuration view. These information is required for sending emails and generating annual reports
  • Add data of co-owners. The email addresses are used for sending the annual reports to the co-owners
  • Add account informations
  • Add postings, if already available

Q: Can I sync my data on iCloud?

A: The annual reports can be stored in the iCloud. The PropertyAdmin database can be copied to/from a PC through iTunes.In the new version 3.0, the database can be backuped directly in iCloud and also restored from there.
